The Eagles got the scoring started early when Alfonso Madrigal slotted home a pass from Tobias Doogs in the sixth minute to give the Eagles an early lead.  Jacobo Obradors doubled the lead with a goal in the 27th minute off a pass from Lucas Camilo. Camilo added the Eagles' third goal in the 66th minute. 

From there it looked like the Eagles went into cruise control and the Eutectics took advantage scoring two goals on their only two shots on goal five minutes apart, in the 73rd and 78th minutes. 

That woke the Eagles back up and they were able to hold on to the lead. 

Alejandro Perez and Harrison Gailey split time in the net for the Eagles, with Gailey allowing the two goals.
