TAMUT scored first in the 28th minute and it remained a close contest for the rest of the first half. The Lady Eagles hit the ground running to start the second half and were rewarded four minutes into the half when Cierra Clayton was able to find the back of the net after beating the keeper one-on-one. However, that seemed to wake up TAMUT and they poured four goals into the net in the second half.
In total, the Lady Eagles had six shots, with three on goal.
Paige Carlyle had six saves in the match.
