Alvarado, Westbrook Named to AMC All-Tournament Team

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. (11/13/25) – The Williams Baptist University women's soccer team had Yajaira Alvarado and Maddy Westbrook named to the American Midwest Conference All-Tournament Team, the league announced Thursday morning.

Westbrook, a junior defender from Azle, Tex., played 90 minutes of defense in WBU's first AMC semifinal appearance in program history.

Alvarado, a junior forward from Jonesboro, Ark., scored the lone goal for the Lady Eagles in the contest.

The Lady Eagles earned a bye to the semifinals after winning a program-record 12 games in the regular season.
