Lady Eagles Grind Their Way To AMC Semifinals With 64-58 Win Over Stephens

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Williams women's basketball team gutted out a 64-58 win over the Stephens Stars on Friday night to advance to the AMC semifinals.

The Lady Eagles had a strong first quarter in which they outscored the Stars 19-11. However, Stephens came out tough in the second quarter and locked down the Lady Eagles defensively, only allowing them score six points. The Stars took a five point lead into halftime.
